Sky Blue Digital Marketing is a digital marketing agency in Hackettstown, NJ 07840.

We help small businesses across New Jersey with 1-page sales sites, digital menus, photos and videos, social media, and ads.

In this policy, “we” means Sky Blue Digital Marketing, and “you” means anyone who visits our website or contacts us.

2What information we get

We only get what you choose to send us:

• From our contact form: your name, business name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any notes you write.
• When you call, text, WhatsApp, or email us: your number or email address and whatever you tell us.
• If you become a client: what we need to do your project, like your logo, photos, menu, prices, and business contact details.

3How our contact form works

Our form does not save anything on a server. When you tap the button, your text-message app or WhatsApp opens with your details already filled in. Nothing is sent until you tap “send” yourself.

The message travels through your phone carrier or WhatsApp, just like any other message.

4How we use your information

• To answer your questions and give you prices.
• To set up calls, demos, and visits.
• To do the work you hire us for and keep you updated.
• To send you invoices and receipts.

We don't use your information for anything else without asking you first.

5Text messages and WhatsApp

If you message us, we reply by text or WhatsApp about your request. We don't add you to mass-text lists.

If you don't want to hear from us anymore, reply STOP or just tell us, and we'll stop. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

6Who we share it with

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share it when we have to:

• With the tools we use to work, like our email, phone, and cloud files, only to do your project.
• With platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google, only when you ask us to post or manage something for your business.
• If the law requires it.

7Cookies and outside services

• No tracking cookies. Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Visit memory: your browser briefly remembers if you closed a pop-up, so it doesn't show again. This is erased when you close the tab.
• Hosting: our website runs on Netlify, which may keep basic technical data like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and safe.
• Fonts: we load our website fonts from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address.
• Links: if you tap a link to Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, or sites we built, those sites have their own privacy policies.

If we ever add tools to measure visits to this site, we'll update this page first.

8How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're talking or working with you, and after that only as long as we need it for business and tax records.

If you ask us to delete it, we will, except for anything the law says we must keep.

We use password-protected accounts, and only our team sees your information. No system is 100% safe, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
